Return Policy

 

NO REFUNDS! You will have 15 days from the delivery date to exchange items. Items should have original tags and packaging. See the requirements listed below.

Damaged /Defective /Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item please notify us and we will provide instructions to resolve the problem.
 

Cancel My Order 

 

Our team works very hard to place your order as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you wish to cancel your order once it has been placed please notify us as soon as possible through our website, email, or Instagram. 

 

Returning In-Store Pick Up Orders

 

You may exchange the item in store. 
 

Exchange List Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
     

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
     

  • Dresses, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, clearance items, flash sale items,   and accessories are FINAL SALE.

  • We are not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
     

  • Returns are processed within 1-3  business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  • Consecutive returning of items
