Return Policy

 

You will have 15 days from the delivery date to return the item. Items should have original tags and packaging. See the requirements listed below. Print the RETURN FORM found at the bottom of the page and mail it along with your package.

Bless is not responsible for any returns until they have reached our location. The customer can choose its own shipping method and is responsible for all costs. Once the item returns to us we will notify you via email and exchange your item or refund your order. 

 

Damaged /Defective /Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item please notify us and we will provide instructions to resolve the problem.
 

Cancel My Order 

 

Our team works very hard to place your order as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you wish to cancel your order once it has been placed please notify us as soon as possible through our website, email, or Instagram. 

 

Returning In-Store Pick Up Orders

 

Your refund or exchange will not be processed in-store, however, you may print our RETURN FORM, fill it out and drop off the package in-store. Once it is dropped off, it will get picked up and processed by our team. Please allow 1-3 business days for your request to be processed. 
 

Return List Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
     

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
     

  • Dresses, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, clearance items, flash sale items,   and accessories are final sale.
     

  • All returns must include a RETURN FORM that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

  • We are not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
     

  • Returns are processed within 1-3  business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Bless reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds due to any fraudulent activity such as

  • Consecutive returning of items 

  • Consecutive refund request

  • Returning worn items

  • Creating any fraudulent activity
